Shipping Policy
Due to the very nature of our products, we strongly recommend, where possible, either personal
delivery or pick-up of our cookies. We do understand, however, that commercial delivery of our
products may be required. Cookie Wishes takes great care in packaging our products in an effort to
prevent any breakage during shipping. Due to their nature, however, we cannot guarantee that
individual cookies will arrive completely unbroken. Please note though that customer satisfaction is
our top priority. If you experience a problem with any order, please contact us immediately so we may
resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem
immediately, and will issue a replacement where necessary. Exchanges are handled on a
case-by-case basis.
In cases where an order is returned as undeliverable, that order will be immediately forwarded to the
billing address on file for the sender. Refunds cannot be issued for orders that are undeliverable due
to incorrect or outdated information provided by the sender.
Once again, we take great pride in our customer satisfaction and take even greater pride that we have
left each of our customers feeling pleased that they ordered their cookies through Cookie Wishes.
